SelimReviewer
SelimReviewer drafts, checks and publishes replies to the Google reviews of restaurant businesses. Modern Miracle OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia, builds and operates it.
What it does
A business connects the Google Business Profile locations it manages. SelimReviewer then:
- reads new reviews of the locations the business selected;
- drafts a reply in the voice the business configures, and checks the draft with automated guards and a second, independent automated reviewer;
- places the draft in an approval queue, where a person at the business approves, edits or rejects it;
- publishes the approved reply to Google Business Profile, and removes a published reply when the business asks.
By default a person approves every reply. Automatic publishing stays off until an authorised person at the business gives express consent for named locations, and that person can withdraw the consent at any time. Reviews about health, safety, legal threats, discrimination or named staff always go to a person for approval.

Restaurant businesses and groups that answer reviews for one or more locations. The service is sold to businesses only.
How SelimReviewer uses Google data
SelimReviewer asks a Google account holder for two permissions:
- Manage the Business Profile (
business.manage): to list the accounts and locations that Google account can manage, read the reviews of the locations the business selected, check the account's role on each location, publish approved replies and remove a reply on request. SelimReviewer does not create, edit or verify listings, and does not use posts, photos or questions and answers. - See the email address (
email): to record who connected the account and to receive Google's security alerts when that account is compromised or its access is revoked, so that SelimReviewer stops acting for it.
Review and reply text is stored in the European Union for at most 28 days and then deleted. Google data is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train AI models. When a business disconnects, SelimReviewer revokes its Google access and deletes the stored credentials within seven business days.
SelimReviewer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
